The EHD SC2020UV-ITR series industrial USB3.0 camera includes GSENSE2020BSI, 4.0MP 1.2″ Frame backilluminated sCMOS monochrome sensor with 2048×2048 pixel, which are 11×11µ in size. With the two-stage peltier cooling sensor chip to -40° under ambient temperature. This will greatly increase the signal to noise ratio and decrease the image noise. Smart structure is designed to assure the heat radiation efficiency and avoid the moisture problem. Electric fan is used to increase the heat radiation speed. The camera has 2 GPIO’s and Trigger IN/OUT. The camera has a C-Mount, a F-Mount adapter is optional. The 16 Bit A/D conversation guarantee high resolution, low noise images of very high quality. The SCM464-CNIR-TR including a selected backilluminated IMX464C 1/1.8″ rolling shutter color sensor with a resolution of 2688×1520 pixel and a framerate of 90fps at full resolution over USB3.0 interface. Switchable High-Gain, Low-Gain modus. The camera is sensitive up to 1300nm, and has trigger input/out functions and 2 GPIO’s, and can switch into monochrom modus.
