VIS SWIR InGaAs cameras based on SONY IMX990, IMX991, IMX992, IMX193 sensors with resolutions of up to 5.2MP. The MaxCam series is available as Peltier cooled up to 30°C below ambient temperature, or temperature stabilized to 10°C below ambient temperature.
The cameras are available with USB3.0, 10GigE or CameraLink interface.
The UMV series is uncooled with very small dimensions ideal for UAV applications and achieves frame rates of up to 428fps.

The EHD-SWIR331 SWIR camera using a 640×512 InGaAs sensor which have CameraLink / USB3.0  / 10GigE interface. It has the advantage of 900-1700nm short-wave infrared wide response, 330.000 pixel resolution, high quantum efficiency an low noise.
The EHD-SWIR331 camera has a build-in TEC, the temperature difference can reach to 40deg C below the ambient temperature. PID precise temperature control, the fluctuation is less than 0.3 deg.
