The MaxCam-990-TE camera is a highly sensitive infrared InGaAs camera with Sony IMX990 1/2", 1280x1024 pixel, 5µm in size. The sensitivity interval reaches from 400nm to 1700nm. The camera has an active TE cooling dt of 30°C. The camera system includes camera, cable, mount, EHDView image-analysing software for Windows, Lite Version for Linux, MAC OS and Android. Programmers API Win, Linux, MAC, Android with LabView and MATLAB support, Python and Java.

EHD-SWIR331 (cooled)
The EHD-SWIR331 SWIR camera using a 640x512 InGaAs sensor which have CameraLink / USB3.0 (under development) / 10GegE (under development). It has the advantage of 900-1700nm short-wave infrared wide response, 330.000 pixel resolution, hig quantum efficiency an low noise.
The EHD-SWIR331 camera has a build-in TEC, the temperature difference can reach to 40deg celsius below the ambient temperature. PID precise temperature control, the fluctuation is less than 0.3 deg.
